Edit menu - New Record

Selecting New Record from the File Menu resets the order of the caps to the correct numerical order.

This can also be achieved by clicking on the icon in the toolbar.

If the current data has not yet been saved, a warning message will be shown asking if the current data should be saved before the cap order is reset.
